Service Description

Bespoke Bakes provides custom baking services including wedding cakes, birthday cakes, pastries, and catering for special events. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Orders and Payment

All custom orders require a deposit to secure your date. Final payment is due upon delivery or pickup. Prices are subject to change based on design complexity and ingredient costs. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery are non-refundable due to ingredients purchased and time invested.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
